A: We only require one (1) week's notice before you move out.

Q: How far in advance can I reserve a unit?
A: You may reserve a unit one (1) week in advance.

Q: Do you have dollies?
A: Yes. We have dollies available free of charge for use on the premises and for a small rental fee for use off the premises.

Q: Do you provide tape and other packing materials?
A: Yes. We offer boxes of all sizes, tape, rope and other packing materials at reasonable prices.

Q: Do you have locks to secure my unit?
A: Yes. We offer a variety of locks at competitive prices.

Q: During what hours will I have access to my unit?
A: We are open from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. every day.

Q: What happens if I lose my key to my unit?
A: We have lock cutters available

Q: Is identification required to rent a storage unit?
A: Yes. We require a valid driver's license as identification to rent a storage unit.

Q: Are your facilities secure?
A: Yes. We maintain a very secure facility (see Self-Storage Unit Security).
